I love the ring, however the cubic diamonds keep falling out. I had my first ring replaced and now my replacement ring, same thing happened. This company refuses to replace it again because it was passed 30 days. They have a 30 day defective timeline, how in the world would I know that the cubic is going to fall out again in the 30 day timeline. I thought my first ring was just defective, obviously it’s the ring! They won’t replace it or let me purchase it again without spending their minimum $100 order! I was hoping to have the cubic diamonds sealed the next time. This company is not customer service oriented at all!!!!
