Trying to build a business with you. We have been in business 56 years. Our customers can and do depend on us! You do not have the rollo chain I wanted and have no idea when it is coming in. Called twice, tried to order online twice, equals 4 times. Trying to increase my sterling silver offerings to my customers in my 17 online stores, when I run out of the spiga chain just received you do not have the stock to fill a 25 pc. order, and do not have any rollo I wanted to order. I wanted to keep my business with one supplier, however I see that I will not be able to do that.
How difficult will it be for me to find another supplier of sterling silver chain? What do you have 200-500 competitors???? Maybe thousands?
